"older posts" Button not functional
-
Hi Guys!
The “older posts” Button at the bottom of my blog page is not working anymore. If you klick it, there is a loading symbol and then it just disappears. Any Ideas how I could solve that? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there,
Comparing this against the demo I am seeing that there is some sort of connection issue with data it is suppose to be pulling up and displaying. Considering there isn’t the ability to access the settings for this function I’d like to assume this is a bug.
I’ve tagged modlook for staff to help you out with this issue. Staff will be in touch within a few hours to look into your inquiry.
For more information about how to get the attention of staff please review the following documentation: https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question
Hope your issue gets resolved soon!
Cheers

Hey folks, so I’m seeing older post load here, for what it’s worth. Are you seeing the connection issue here, @ codekmyta ?

@fuckperfectblog we’re troubleshooting here on our end right now, but I figured I’d ask: do you happen to remember when this started? -
@fuckperfectblog ah I think we might see it. Right now you’ve got 19 “sticky” posts. Those are meant to display at the top, even before your new posts. It’s like pinning a most important announcement, for example. But 19 is more than your blog page can even display at one time, and it’s also almost all of your posts in that category.
I was chatting with @thesacredpath here and he suggested that might be confusing the theme. Could you try un-stickying all of the posts? Or, would you mind if we do that from bulk? You can also do that on your own here. We’re betting that will solve the issue.
You could then re-sticky the ones that really do need to stay at the top, but I’d recommend against stickying more than 5 — preferably capping out at 3, even.

@supernovia – the “Oder Posts” button in the demo link provided seems to be working as it should. I am seeing that on clicking of the button there is a div created with the class “infinite-wrap infinite-view 1” that holds and displays the remaining posts for the section, this is what is displayed in inspect after click: http://prntscr.com/kjlv7h
However, within imperfect-blog.com this div is not created on click which leads me to believe that there is some sort of connection error disallowing this function from executing and pulling the appropriate content to display. This is what is displayed currently on click: http://prntscr.com/kjlvkw.
It may be irrelevant to the situation but caught my glance at the very least, hope this helps a little in your troubleshooting.
Cheers

Woops, I mixed the two images up. kjlvkw relates to the demo and kljv7h is for the users blog.
