'Older Posts' button on WordPress.com

Is there a way to have a wordpress.com blog display only the first 5 articles and then make the others accessible using a ‘Older Posts’ button on the bottom of the blog? I’m trying to achieve something similar to what’s on this blog – https://cornellbreastcenter.com/
I’m using the twenty sixteen theme with a wordpress.com premium account.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
