Older posts first

Hi, I’m sorry if the answer to this question is staring me in the face or if it has already been answered elsewhere, but I’m trying to switch the order of my posts so that older posts are displayed first, rather than the newest. I just can’t seem to find a way of doing this! Help appreciated.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no flip a switch to revers the order of your Posts – see the link below for a workaround: The reason for most recent at the top is so your regular visitors and search engines don’t see stale Posts – if it was me I would use the below link for the oldest first on a page but still have the new Posts display first – keeps your blog looking fresh.

Thanks for your reply. A friend just told me on facebook that the way she did was to manually change the publishing date on each of her posts- although it was a pain in the backside to do, it worked.

You can change the publishing date – BUT you should do that BEFORE you publish a Post – if you don’t you will break the links to the Post and visitors to your site from a search engine will get a 404 Error Page not found – that will give search engines fits and irritate your visitors,
