older videos don't work

    I’ve been keeping a blog about my son for over seven years, and although I’ve had no trouble with videos embedded through vimeo, I recently discovered that my older videos — the ones that I uploaded using purchased space upgrades — no longer play. Instead they say, ‘Please wait. We are converting this video.’ This blog IS my baby book. I don’t want to lose precious memories that I thought I had paid to secure. Can someone tell me what’s going on and how the old videos can be restored? Thank you!
