Sorry, not going to happen, you changed the URL, and must have pressed permanently delete this URL/disable this address. You won’t be able to get it back, there was a clear warning beneath it, and it was irreversible. When you delete a URL it won’t be able to be used by anyone, including yourself, since URLs are not recycled on wordpress (see here for more information about that: http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/). You can keep the one you’ve got, or if you are really set on getting it back, you can buy the domain, olivyn.com, for $18 per year, more information about domains here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/

I accidentally hit delete the old blog address and would like the option of having it back again to use it as all my current things are linked to the old address of olivyn.wordpress.com. Please let me know how should I do it.

Gone is gone forever
you had to hit delete something like THREE times and there was an email that told you delete was forever and you had to click on that also

You can’t get it back, I’m afraid, the URL is gone forever. I understand that all your old things are linked to the old address, but that URL is gone.
I believe you could pay for a site redirect, for $13 a year, that would redirect your traffic to your new site. I’m afraid that’s the only way (I think, I’m not 100% sure you can do it anyway, someone else will have to confirm that) you can get around it.
