Olsen Theme Worpress Problem

  Dear WordPress Team,
  I have bought the template Olsen from your site for using it out of wordpress, to be able to download it and use it for my own domain. Before buying I introduced the name of my own domain and after buying I can only use it as a secondary domain as it is linked with wordpress, which I don’t need, but I made all the payments, you can check them out. How can I solve this problem?

  Hi there,

  It looks like you’ve already cancelled and refunded the theme.

  Themes bought from WordPress.com cannot be downloaded to use elsewhere. The version of the theme you buy from us is only licensed for use on one WordPress.com site at a time.

  If you want to use the theme with a self-hosted WordPress site, you need to contact the theme developer directly to find out if there’s a self-hosted version available you can buy from them.
