OMG Please Help Me Before I Go Insane!!

I completely messed up my website and have been trying to fix it for 12 hours straight now with no luck.
Right now my homepage is my wordpress blog and all I want to do is make my PHPBB forums my homepage and the wordpress blog to be in a /blog folder.
So I figured it would be simple and I would just copy all of my wordpress files into the new folder “/blog” and move all of my forum files from my “/forums” folder to my root folder.
When I go to http://www.mywebsite.com it is showing the forums but they are all messed up and looks crazy.
When I go to http://www.mywebsite.com/blog my wordpress blog is there, but it is also all messed up and I can’t access the admin panel.Anyone know what I am doing wrong??

I just restored everything from backup so its back to the way I do not want it. My blog is my homepage and my forums are in /forums

As noted above you still need to make friends at WordPress.ORG for support – moving a blog URL around is not hard – but it must be done correctly – and as you just found out – just moving files around or changing an address in the Dashboard will not work correctly
