    When trying to access our website, we are seeing a blank white screen. Please advise ASAP.

    Hi there
    There were reports of similar complaints after an update to Jetpack was rolled out yesterday. That was discussed in this thread!

    One thing all the sites had in common is that none of them were hosted here at WordPress.com. I would be willing to wager my weekly volunteer’s pay that your site too is hosted at a different hosting provider than WordPress.com. That’s not a problem, there are millions of folks who choose to do just that.

    But the support for WordPress installations is found at https://wordpress.org/support/ and not here. You are asking the wrong people! The .ORG folks have experience with installations like yours and can better advise you than we can here.
