On a wordpress Premium plan but says that I'm on Free plan

  Hi, I have a wordpress.com site before buying a Premium plan in wordpress. However, I cannot find a way to connect or to redirect viewers from old wordpress.com to my new Premium wordpress without having to pay again a different amount. Also, when logging in to my Reader using wordpress.com account and adding the new self hosted site, my self-hosted site still shows that it is under a free plan. Why is that so?

  Also, I have difficulty in showing my post in wordpress reader even if my site was brought from wordpress itself. What is the way to fix this?

  I believe mine is not self-hosted as i brought it directly from wordpress. Is my understanding correct?

  Hi @pinkwoods, which site has the premium plan? I don’t see it on this account, but you might have another account it’s connected to.

  Hi, cynthiatingo.com is my premium account. My wordpress.com account is pinkwoods.wordpress.com. And the cynthiatingo is currently connected to my wordpress.com account via jetpack.

  Here is the screenshot.

  As you can see, it still says I’m on the free plan even if I’m already on the Premium plan.
