On August 22nd, 2012 I can not sign in or access my stats page. New format being installed?
I had to go to my site and sneak in and access my account from the front page. When I sign in or try to access my account, the page does not load.

I use I.E. and windows vista. This problem seems to have occurred at the same time that I have noticed a format change on the sign in page.

Will you please provide some specifics so we can determine what’s causing your issue?
If you are using IE9 and running it in compatibility mode then know that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported.
(1) How are are connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com?
I’m asking because the way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers. Also note that the main dashboard isn’t designed to work with touch devices through the tablet and smartphone browsers.
(2) Exactly which browser and version of it are you using. If you don’t know click here to find out > http://whatsmyuseragent.com/ and post the results here please.
(3) Have you tried?
clearing your browser cache and cookies > http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled
updating the browser to the latest stable version (not a buggy BETA browser version) http://browsehappy.com/
using another browser(4) Are you logging in using the secure https:// log-in? see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
(5) Can you access you stats by using this link?

my user agent
Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 9.0; Windows NT 6.0; Trident/5.0)I am using a DSL connection on my Slimline HP desktop.
I’ve cleared my cache and cookies.
Using http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/ allows me to sign in, however I cannot access my stats page from this page. It does not load.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/ does load my stats page, however it is slow to load and is incomplete… no country stats… no daily visit stats.
I have not changed my browser or my computer and I was able to use these functions yesterday.
Thank you

Hi there,
Thanks for posting your details and comments too. I have flagged this thread for Staff attention. -

Which country are you browsing from?
Do you have any better luck with a different browser, like Firefox or Chrome?
-
-
Browsing from the USA.
I would prefer not to have to change browsers.
I’ve had issues with FF before with a ning site.
Issues began with new format/font on the log in page within the last 12 hours. -
Any better luck with a different browser as mentioned above? And, are you blogging from the US?
-
Ok, would you mind giving Firefox a shot?
You won’t have to change forever, but it will at least tell us if the problem is with your copy of Internet Explorer or something else.

@donchais
I believe this is your blog>
if so, have you tried logging in using the secure https:// login?
Please try and this link and see if you can access your stats

yup, that got me there…also saw the following…Starting soon, your stats page will be on the WordPress.com homepage only. Ehwn I click the get more info button, the footer shows….transferring data from s0.wp.com, which is the same problem I was having earlier…it just sits there.
