  Ok, would you please run a traceroute to s0.wp.com and reply with the results?

  If you’re on a Mac, you can do that from the Network Utility at Applications -> Utilities.

  If you’re on Windows, you can do that following this guide: http://kb.iu.edu/data/aihy.html

  donchais, would you please confirm that the traceroute results for just s0.wp.com ?

  Something like, “s0.wp.com has multiple addresses” etc?

  If so, the issue is on Verizon’s end, and you’ll need to contact them about this.
