I want to know if i only pay the $24 per year fee what would I get?
Can i still blog and add pictures with those fee?
I remembered I have to pay another $60 for it.
I used to ask the question but i forgot the reasons -

The only way to increase your storage space is to purchase one of our paid plans, like the C$60.00 Personal plan you mentioned.

p.s. i stopped blogging a few months ago and might like to pick it up so need to know how much budget to set aside.

C$60 will get you one year of Personal plan, plus a custom domain if you’d like. No need to pay anything extra.
The second year you’d pay the same plus the renewal of the domain registration. The price of the domain will depend on its extension (TLD); you can see a full list of prices here:https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-pricing-and-available-tlds/.

Can i still blog and add pictures with those fee?C$24 is the cost of the custom domain janiecross.org, which I see is in your shopping cart here.
So all that would get you is a custom domain, but the issue is that you would not be able to use it as your site address without also adding one of our plans as well.
To explain, the personal plan (as well as our other plans) includes the “domain mapping” you would need to set your site to a custom address. So for $24 you would own the domain janiecross.org but you would not actually be able to use it without the Personal plan (C$9 per month) in addition.
If I can make a recommendation though, if you purchase the yearly subscription to the personal plan, it’s less cost (-44%) and also includes a domain free for the first year, so you would not have to pay for it until it renews again next year.
As well, the personal plan includes the following items that will add features to your blog:
– removes all ads we show on free sites (to help pay our hosting costs)
– doubles the storage space you have for photos, audio, and document uploads.
