On Bluehost hosted WordPress site can't toggle between visual and html views
-
I have a blog timefortheholidays.net and I recently transferred it from godaddy to bluehost and then updated everything.
Now the editor box is missing and I can’t toggle between HTML views and visual views.
I have tried everything that I could see suggested in other forums such as
1. The short cut of ctrl alt m (that didnt work)
2. going to “users” then “profile” and clicking on and off “Disable the visual editor when writing”
3. I have cleared history and cookies. What else can be causing this issue? I have been working with Gutenberg blocks for awhile and never had trouble until today.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there!
Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org ) but hosted elsewhere.
We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.
You should reach out to Bluehost for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this issue.
If you still have trouble, please reach out to the WordPress community for guidance:
