On iPad, can't scroll down on add image page

  When I try to add an image on the iPad, after I select it, I an unable to scroll down to reach the Add Featured Image choice toward the bottom of the window.
  I think I was able to it in the past but lately, I cannot. Any suggestions? Thanks.
