Are you trying to log into your account “neesrecordaolcom” through your mobile device or a tablet?
Or, are you trying to log into a different account?

Judging by the other topic you opened for this, it sounds like you are able to log in from your laptop because your browser has saved the login information.
The problem is your cell phone has asked for your login information, but you are unable to recall it.
What you will need to do now is reset your WordPress.com account password. Resetting your password is the only way to update and retrieve the login information you need so you can log in from your cell phone. Once you complete this process you will need to log in again through your laptop with the new password, so, please remember the new password you choose.

I’m showing your request to the account recovery team was made on June 21 or approximately one day ago. They respond to requests in the order in which they’re received and it looks like your request hasn’t made the top of the list yet.
I pulled up your previous help topic on this to see what was done before that you could try again in the meantime. It sounds like after some extensive troubleshooting, it ended up being a setting on your phone’s browser:

You reminded me when this happened last I was instructed to go to Safari settings. Can you walk me through what I need to do like I was in kindergarten. Im a senior which is even harder for me to understand the lingo. Thanks.

Ah ok, if it’s the same issue, go into the Setting app on your iPhone.
In there, select the Safari section, and switch off “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”
Did that resolve the issue this time?
