on Tarski theme why does comment box needs excessive scrolling

  Since the addition of the facebook/twitter log in options the comment box is way at the the bottom so people haven’t seen it and either had to nest replies or gave up.
  Also on many themes I’ve made comments and the comment stays in the box after posting. I inadvertently left several comments on some blogs not knowing that it had been posted.There is a long thread in the forums titled something close to “why can’t we choose” that echoes my concerns.
