On the "Shine On" theme, how do I add pages to the "About" bar-shaped graphic?

    On the “Shine On” theme, under the main picture the is a yellow bar with the page “about” on the left-hand side. I would like to add more pages to this bar… and by that I mean, if the bar has “About” “Page 1” “Page 2” written across the bar, if a visitor clicks on “Page 1”, that page will appear below the bar, if they click on “Page 2” then than page will appear below the bar.
    Not sure if it works this way, but that is what I am shooting for. If it does not work this way, can anyone recommend a free theme that does?
