Fanwood Light is a responsive width theme. Responsive width means the layout adapts depending on the size of the device being used to view your site. When responsive width themes are viewed on mobiles sidebars appear below the posts in order to provide as much space as possible for reading.

Go here > Appearance > Mobile and disable the mobile theme.

Also note that I am not using a mobile and I do not see any widgets on that blog. Go to Appearance > Widgets and select widgets of your own choice to override the default sidebar display.

Every theme has a default sidebar display that does not contain actual widgets. When we go here > Appearance > Widgets and select widgets we want, click each widget to open, configure where required, set the widgets visibility ie. which pages the widget will display on where required, click “save” and click “close” on each widget default display disappears. If we don not want any widgets to display we place an empty text widget at the top of the sidebar or footer area click to open, configure, click “save” and click “close”.

Be sure to open each widget and check the widget visibility settings which determine on which pages the widgets will be displayed on.
