On WP Android app: "Current wp.com account doesn't have access to stats …

    Hi – the earlier version of my Android WP app allowed me to have 3 WP.com blogs on board – and granted me access to stats for all 3. With the most recent upgrade, I’m reduced below one. On the setup page there is no option for “add wp.com blog” – the only option given in the setup page is “add self-hosted blog” – but when I do that, I continue to get the same message: “Can’t access stats” “The current wp.com account doesn’t have access to the stats for this blog. Would you like to sign in to a different account?”

    Now: I’m already signed into the correct account, and it’s not even giving me stats for the blog I’m signed in for.

    I deleted the app and re-installed it, to no avail.

    What am I doing wrong here?

    By the way, the other two blogs involved are riverwindfire.wordpress.com and ranranshengqi.wordpress.com I am the owner of all 3.

    If you have two-step setup, you need an application specific password to use the mobile app. You can set one of those up by logging into your WordPress.com site on a computer and going to:
    https://wordpress.com/settings/security/

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post there.
