  Once I buy a wordpress plan, can I change the domain at any time, provided I have the domain name? If I start out with 123.com, can I change it to 456.com, or would I have to buy another plan for a new wordpress site?

  Each paid plan comes with a free domain credit you can use to either register a new domain, or either transfer or map one you already own.

  If I start out with 123.com, can I change it to 456.com, or would I have to buy another plan for a new wordpress site?

  If you map or add new domain i.e 123.com with your site and then wish to change it to 456.com then you need to pay for adding additional domain to your site.
