One account hosting multiple sites with different plans

    Hi,

Is it possible to use one account to host two or more sites that are in different plans e.g. free plan for a blog site and business plan for an official website? If possible, could the page/post contents be shareable among two sites, or the two sites are working independently?

    Thanks and regards,
    -Keith

Yes, as many sites as you like can be managed by one account. You can select any plan for each site. Each plan is for one site on your account.

The content of the sites is not shared at all. They are separate sites. Your login username is shared as the same for all sites on your account.

    Hope that helps!

The coming https secure form update internet-wide has convinced me I should migrate my wordpress blogs, currently independently hosted, to wordpress.com, since then I don’t have to worry about any of that. (My current server host wants me to pay $99/year per domain in order to be able to submit a blog post, basically. Plus normal hosting fees. Not willing.) I have four blogs… one is tiny (would like a free version), two are small (hoping for $4 plan) and one is a bit bigger (hoping for $8) plan. Additionally, two of my friends with WP blogs on websites have asked me if I’ll set up something for them here for them as well (each $8 plan). So it’s going to be a lot of work over the next month!

I can’t figure out how to DO it though since when I go to links related to buying more services it just seems to want to upgrade the free blog I already have (that I’ll use for that first one noted above). Where is the link to say “buy a NEW SEPARATE blog service?” (As opposed to just ‘upgrading’ the one you are sitting in when clicking a link?)

    Thanks so much!
    PJ
