One account / two blogs

I have one account and two blogs. Both are currently set to “private”. I am ready to make my primary blog public. But the secondary blog I still want to be private.
When I click on the public button for my primary blog will it automatically make secondary blog public as well?
I ask because when I asked a WP account holder to take a look at my primary blog by invitation – she happened to see the secondary blog as well and that is not what I intended.

No it will not. Just make sure that when you set the blog to public that you are in the dashboard for that particular blog.
If you had added them as a user at settings > privacy, then they should only have been able to see the particular blog that you invited them to see.
If you added them at users > add user they yes, they would be able to see both of the sites.
