One account, two blogs, separate usernames?

    I have one account with one blog. I have an idea for a 2nd blog. I would like each blog to have a separate display name. I searched for help on this and found the following (see link below). It’s pretty old. Have there been any updates or do I still need to create a 2nd WordPress account for a 2nd blog to make this happen? I tried to find a way around it today with a test run. I successfully created a 2nd blog under my one account, but it wreaked havoc on my existing blog (the 2nd “test” blog’s unique display name was popping up all over the existing blog). I’ve got everything back to normal now, but wonder if I did something wrong.

    No, to have separate names on each blog, you will have to set up another account with a unique email address. That is the only way.
