One Admin Denied Access on his Phone

Our blog has two authors, myself and my brother. This morning, my brother Jason aka Goldstar ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) tells me that he’s unable to perform any administrative duties (such as approving comments) from his phone; every time he tries, he’s instructed to install the app, but when he does this, he’s unable to fill in any of the information. However, he can still access the site fully on his laptop and perform admin duties there. Is this a glitch or is the problem on our end?

Regarding the trouble he’s experiencing on his phone, it sounds like he might be logged into a different WordPress.com account.
