One blog getting all the views. Why?

    Curious why all my views are coming from one blog. I have multiple blogs but seldom get views on them.

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    Are you referring to one of your blog posts receiving all the views? I only see one blog under your account, so I take it you are referring to blog posts.

    If that is the case, it appears to be related to that particular post being found in search engines. Did Joshua have only One Foot? is doing exceptionally well on Google Search compared to the other posts, and I cannot pinpoint the reason precisely. However, it is optimized well for keywords people use when searching for this particular topic.

    In regards to gaining more traffic for your entire site:

    • Connect your site to your social networks such as Facebook and Twitter via Publicize
    • Use appropriate tags and categories for your posts so that people in the WordPress community can find your post
    • You can gain a following pretty quickly if you blog regularly and consistently
    • With the above in mind, ensure you are posting high-quality and unique content. Search engines will be much friendlier to you if that is the case
