  What specifically happens when you try to log into your dashboard? Are you getting an error message of any sort?

  Dear rootjosh,
  Thank you for coming back to me. (So good to know there’s always help on hand.) It turns out that this is a problem caused by the DNS settings on our service provider, and the problem has now been solved.
