One-Click install on Dreamhost

Hello, I am trying to link WordPress via One-Click install on my Dreamhost. I was directed to make a word press account and did so. It was working earlier today so I could edit the theme but now it is unavailable and wordpress did not recognize my email I was using earlier to edit my website. I was forced to make another account? But now it looks like wordpress wants to charge me for hosting here as well as dreamhost. I have tried following the guides for setting up with an existing domain and hosting site but still get lead back into WordPress wanting me to buy hosting here. I do not understand why it is not connected and why I can not just edit my website theme using wordpress with access to comic based plug ins without double hosting?

Also do not know why that blog showed up on the bottom of this post. I am trying to get rid of it. I paid for a domain without .wordpress at the end

I believe I understand where you are having issues. Here at WordPress.com, all sites are hosted by WordPress.com itself. The sites hosted by other hosting providers etc… are WordPress.org sites and they are self hosted sites that are hosted elsewhere.
