One email address with two usernames. How do I reset?

I appear to have two user names linked to the same email address – (email visible only to moderators and staff). If I enter this email address it resets the password for mattcppe. But the password I need is for Matthew. When I click on this (also registered on the blog.cppe.ac.uk dashboard as linked to (email visible only to moderators and staff) I don’t get an email to allow me to reset. Any ideas?

When I type in http://mattcppe.wordpress.com this is what comes up:

You’ve set up an account with the username mattcppe but not a blog. What is the URL of the ‘Matthew’ blog? Did you set ‘Matthew’ as your display name?

The blog is windmilllane.wordpress.com which was set up by my brother. I needed an account to be an administrator, but my account with mattcppe doesn’t show any blogs at all on my dashboard.

Has your brother invited you to be an administrator? Did he send the invitation before or after you set up your WordPress account? If it was before you had your account, then have him send another invitation.
