One important wood land study lost if this site cannot be exported

I have already written asking what happened to have this site suspended and unable to be saved via an export. There is a study of a woodland in Ottawa on the site which had been lost by the author and which I hadn’t downloaded when I found it, since the site seemed to be still working and complete. I also assumed I’d be able to export and save or backup the site but that now seems to be a problem. I would appreciate some information on when and/or if the site export file will be fixed. If I somehow violated your Terms of Service it was completely unintentional and I’d really like to know what caused this and if I can backup the site or transfer it to another.
