One of my accounts has been suspended for Violation of Terms

  Looking for some help/advise please. One of my accounts has been suspended for violation of Terms. I have emailed several times because I do not want to be in violation and really would like to know what I did wrong so I can fix the problem.
  Has anyone else gone through this that can give me some advise. Really do not want to be a violator or anything.
