One of my blogs General Settings page is unavailable – I can't change blog name

  I am trying to change my blog name. The General Settings page for my Cargul blog is unavailable. For my other blogs this site is accessible though – so there is something wrong with this particular blog.

  http://wiolapiatkowska.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php – this works
  But this:
  http://cargulblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php does not and I get a “This page is not available.
  I tried on several browsers. Please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hmmm, are you the administrator of this blog? You can check to see if you are, by going to http://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs and seeing what Role is written next to the blog. If it isn’t administrator then you won’t be able to change the name. However if you are the administrator, then this will need further investigation.

  Actually you could try editing the site’s name here: https://cargulblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php and then click on Site Title, and see if that works. It won’t work if you aren’t the administrator though.
