One of my html codes isn’t working

My html coding for a children’s coding site called scratch is not working, I read and studied your terms and conditions and found that some codes are erased to protect the site. Please note that the code I am using can not effect wordpress in such a way since this is a site known for block coding and helping children. This code is also essential to my site, as I have no other means around it. Please fix this and allow usage of the html on my site. Here is a representation of the html:

If you want to use code that’s not allowed on the Free Plan, you must upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/.
What are you trying to achieve using your html-code?

  • Hi there,

On what site are you working? And what is the purpose of the code you’re trying to add? There might be a way to achieve the same thing on WordPress.com without using custom code.

What you’re using the code for is irrelevant. iframe, script, and form code is not allowed on WordPress.com, as that code could be used to inject malware into a site. And because of the way WordPress.com works, malware that gets into one site will affect thousands of other sites. Also because of the way WordPress.com works, we cannot make an exception for just your site – on all plans below the Business Plan multiple sites share the same source files, so we cannot modify one site without modifying thousands of other sites.

On our Business Plan each site has it’s own WordPress installation, so there the risk of using these types of code is restricted to only the site where you use it, so that’s the only way you’d be able to use this code.
