  ive added two menus, meny and kokböcker, but only kokbäcker shows. cant figure out why

  Troubleshooting – My menu isn’t appearing
  Go to the custom menu page in the dashboard Apearance > Menus and in the “theme location” module at upper left select your custom menu from the pulldown and then click “save”.

  ive added two menus

  The whole horizontal bar is the menu. You can add as many menu “items” to it as you wish.
