One of my sites is down and cannot gain access to it

    my site https://cryopen.co.uk/ is not letting me into the back end due to a ‘critical error’, can someone help me with this? The company that built the site said they never got the email that claims to be sent and the site is now transferred over to our ownership but we were not the main admin email contact at the time of this problem.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. Ypu must solve the problem regarding the main admin email contact with the company that build your site.
