One of my students can no longer access his site when he tries to log in.

I teach a basic web design class. One of my students started working on two sites, but now he is not allowed access when he tries to log in. I asked him to send me his log in info, which he did, and I was able to log in with no problems. This is the message he gets when he tries: On my Ipad it says that the page could not be opened because it could not establish a secure connection. But I don’t know how that could be since I obviously have internet because I can accesss other sites. On my laptop it shows this error: This page can’t be displayed Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://wordpress.com again. If this error persists, contact your site administrator. He says he checked those settings and everything looks OK. Any ideas?

Hi there,
Can your student access https://wordpress.com using his iPad or laptop from another locating, using a different internet connection? Sometimes those errors can indicate a problem with the internet service provider, and trying from another location can help confirm if that’s the issue.

Thank you for your response. That is what I was thinking. I suggested to him that he try connecting from another location using a different service provider. I haven’t heard if he has had any luck.

I’ll keep my fingers crossed. :) If he continues to have trouble logging in, please let me know and I can keep troubleshooting this for him.
