One of my writers can't get video to embed.

  Hi. I actually have wordpress.org, but I can’t find a support link for that. The site is legionofleia.com and it’s hosted on wp. One of my new writers can’t seem to make videos embed. She puts in the embed code and when she hits ‘publish,’ it disappears. I’m not having that issue and none of my other writers are. I walked her through it and she’s doing it exactly right. What should I tell her?
