Using the Immensely theme, I changed the header, now the page loads but after a few seconds jumps and leaves a big space between the header and navigation menu. How do I fix that?

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.

yaringroiser – could you please provide a link to the site for which you need help? Looks like roomsperhourinhadera.wordpress.com is running Kelly, and there isn’t a logo there.
