  Hi one of the sites you are hosting is scam please follow up this since is not acceptable that they do that! They are charging people and after that dissapearing i noticed that is hosted with you since the name servers are from cloudflare.com the site is please investigate it

  Unfortunately that means the site is not hosted on WordPress.com. It may use the WordPress.org software, but these are two entirely different entities.

  You will need to contact CloudFlare about the problem.

  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  Your best option here is to contact Cloudflare via https://www.cloudflare.com/abuse/ and their domain registrar via https://www.1api.net/contact
