one organisation, two sites. how to move new site to old url

  Hi,
  A few years ago, someone created a site at https://ttndg.wordpress.com/.
  I have since been asked to develop a site for the same ONG and it is located at https://transitionndg.wordpress.com.
  The old gets more traffic than the new one and I would like to
  either
  delete the content of the old site and replace it with that of the new site
  or
  change the url of the new site to that of the old site.
  Can you help me figure out the best way to do this?
