One page menu scrolling issue

Hello, This is my website http://2y2d.org, When clicking on the top main menu it scroll down to the respective section perfectly. But when you visit any subpages like http://2y2d.org/fair-share/ and then click on the top menu to return back to any specific section of the main page it doesn’t appear to perfectly appear. Half of the section appear just like this http://prntscr.com/igz66r. Moreover it takes a little time as well to return to that section. How can i fix these issues?
