One page on my site keeps redirecting to another

  I have a page called AFRS that for some reason keeps redirecting to my custom Logged-Out page. I do not know why. I don’t see any redirect setting on the AFRS page.

  I tried duplicating the page as a template and creating a new one with a different permalink but that one also redirected again to the Logged-Out page. I can only think that something is wrong with the template used for the page causing it to redirect but I don’t know how to repair it and I don’t really want to have to rebuild the entire page.

  Any thoughts / help?

  http://www.search2hope.com/home-page -> Learn More button is supposed to go to AFRS page but redirects to Logged-Out page; Menu AFRS option redirects to Logged-Out page.

  Now when I log in my test user the redirect takes me to the survivor page instead of the activity page. I do not understand what in the world is going on.

  I fixed the issue where the log in action was redirecting to the survivor page instead of the UM redirect to the activity page but the survivor page is STILL redirecting. I have reset the permalinks on the page affected; deleted the logged-out page; made sure attributes said there wasn’t a parent page… I’m just lost as to why it continues to redirect.

  I tried to create a new test page to see what happens with a new page… the new page titled ‘Test Page’ is also trying to redirect to the logged out page (which no longer exists).

  This issue is resolved. There was an overlooked setting in Ultimate Member restricting pages to be viewed. When new pages are created they will need to be added to the exclusions list to avoid this issue.
