One person (I'm aware of) cannot access my site
-
Hi,
Any idea why just one person on one of their machines cannot access my site – they can from their laptop and iPhone over wireless, but not their desktop which uses straight RJ45.
Error messages (from Google Chrome – Could not find, Firefox – Server not Found, IE – Cannot connect)
Any ideas, they both go through the same router.
Ta.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Is the specific address important, and what could I do to investigate if it is?
As you can imagine I’m reluctant to give out a specific IP, although it is worth noting that he can access a multitude of other WordPress sites, just not mine.
Nor can he ping the address of y site although he shares the same DNS as the other working machines.

I wanted to rule out the obvious (for example, the person is mistyping your blog’s address).
In that case, I suggest you contact staff directly: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ (to display the form, search for anything in the search engine, then indicate that you haven’t found the answer to your question)

Ah, I see – after confirming it was working for me I pinged the URL, which returned the IP, he could ping the IP, but of course that is just the server, he however could not ping the blog name.
I copied/pasted the details over Skype so no fear of a typo.
Thanks for the support link, I’ll give that a go now.
