One post at a time

    I am using the Mystique theme. I have set the Settings – Reading – to “Blog pages show at most 1 posts” and “Syndication feeds show the most recent 1 items” in both Firefox and Safari. I have cleared the cache, cookies and history in both browsers. My website still shows about five blog posts at a time on the page. I want to only show one at a time. I assure you I have scoured the help section and cannot resolve this. Please help. Thank you.

    Hi Kate!

    It looks like this is because the posts are marked as “Sticky”. Sticky posts play a role in the theme and appear to override the Reading settings. Can you try unmarking your posts as sticky and see if that resolves the issue? Just a note, you can unmark posts in bulk from your All Posts page using the checkboxes on the left-hand side of the post.
