one post on homepage

  my blog is showing every post I have written on my homepage up until 2 days ago it showed only the most recent post and a link for the previous post above the new one which is the way I want it
  I use the coraline theme and would appreciate any help Ive been going nuts trying to fix this and cant fiqure it out
