One post seems to be getting hijacked.

Why is my headline and the text to all the links I’ve provided in a blog post being populated with text from somewhere else? Here’s the URL to the post:
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

PS – You can actually watch it happen if you click on the URL I provided. If you don’t see it, just reload the page.

Just tried in both Safari and Firefox and did not encounter the problem. However, it still exists in Chrome, which is my default browser.

Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?

Other than sign me out of everything else I use, force me to enter a code from my FB code generator, and other painful and unsavory things, clearing my cache and cookies did nothing.

If possible, send me a screenshot, so I can better understand the issue. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.
The page at the following link has some helpful tips for taking screenshots:

Done. Permalink is http://rickladd.com/?attachment_id=2592 and name of file is Screenshot 2014-02-18 06.00.04. Further description of problem is in the description field.

Do you have any browser extensions enabled? If so, please follow this guide to disable them: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/113907?hl=en
Hopefully that resolves the issue. Otherwise try resetting the Chrome browser: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en

To tell you the truth, I wasn’t about to disable my extensions because of one post that shows up fine on other browsers. However, I took a look to see what was happening there and, to my chagrin I found an extension I had added called “downworthy”, which is described as “Replaces hyberbolic headlines from bombastic viral websites with a slightly more realistic version.” I disabled it and, voila, no more problem. I forgot I added it and Upworthy (and others) seem to have begun controlling their desire to write cringeworthy headlines as linkbait. So it only was invoked when my post (which was meant to be somewhat tongue-in-cheek) was presented in Chrome, which is the only browser I have it loaded with.
Thanks for the help. You may consider this ticket closed!!
