one post with coments on frontpage

  hi
  i am trying to build a site that contains only wordpress frontpage
  i need a page that contains one post with comments on frontpage
  i found a solution that didn’t work for me, so i asking you for help

  can somone help

  Just make a blog and write a static Page instead of a post, then set that Page to be the front of your blog. You set that under Options–>Reading. The Page must exist already before you can set it to be the front of the blog. Then take out all the widgets and such from the sidebar; also, make sure your theme has no tabs across the top for navigation.

  but it dosent help me because i need to press the comments link to view comments
  i need it to open all the comments automaticly when i go to page

  any other ideas

  Oh, it doesn’t display the comments when you set that page specifically to be the front page of the blog? That’s very odd. I wonder if that is theme specific: try another theme and see if that works.

  If it’s just the way things function on all themes, you may be out of luck.

  i tryed chnging to the default theme, no luck
