One post won't stick, one won't unstick

  I’d like to unstick one post (Mystery Box Giveaway) and make the next (SUmmer Snacks) sticky. I’ve unchecked the box on the first post and checked the sticky box on the second, but the old post won’t unstick. I can trash the old post and get the new one sticky, but then the image doesn’t appear, even though it’s 888 pixels wide. I’ve cleared my cache. Thoughts?
