One random post getting an unnatural amount of traffic?

  The web traffic on my site has gone up about 50 – 60% this past week, but most all of the increase strangely is for my post on the movie “Forrest Gump”. (). This has never happened before. Today, I’ve had 38 hits, and 22 of them were for the Forrest Gump review. Does anyone have any idea what’s going on?

  Doesn’t appear to be so — most hits are from Google searches.

  Then Google has suddenly ranked you higher for some reason, that’s all. I always say, when hits go down, that’s a problem. When they go up, it’s a pleasant surprise.

  Still kinda weird that it is only noticeable in that one review, but the extra traffic looks good on paper :)
