one viewer doesn't see custom design

  Hi, I recently created this blog using the black letterhead theme with some simple modifications in Custom Design (title and background colouring, inserting a cream text box with css.) Most people see the site just fine but one person has complained of formatting issues – text obscuring other text, etc. Basically is this a problem I can fix or (as I suspect) a local browser problem, requiring an update on that person’s computer?

  Your blog is displaying correctly in FF16.01, IE8, Chrome 22
  Please ask that viewer to upgrade their browser version to the most recent stable version here > http://browsehappy.com

  Your viewer is probably viewing a cached version of the blog. Their browser will eventually catch up, or tell them to clear browser cache.

  It could be that or it could be a viewer using IE7 or even IE6 – no I’m not kidding! The “formatting … text obscuring other text” issue is usually an IE6 or IE7 issue.
