one year subscription

    Our subscription has expired and we want to renew for one year – I only see a 2 or 3 year option in my cart – how do I renew for only one year. Can I pay my cheque vs card?

    Hi there!

    It appears your plan was renewed automatically for a year, but you disputed the transaction with your bank/credit card company, which resulted in the subscription being canceled. May I ask what led you to dispute the transaction?

    If you can cancel the dispute so that the funds are released to us, we can restore the subscription for you. Otherwise, you’ll need to pay a chargeback fee in addition to the WordPress.com Creator plan’s fee to restore the subscription to your site.
